Absolutely the best place to go to when … Absolutely the best place to go to when looking for bridesmaid dresses & junior bridesmaid which aren't easy to find. A very knowledgeable staff very professional very caring went the extra mile to get our dresses my wedding date is in Oct. The dresses arrived here sooner than expected which was a real benifit for me less stress & worry Vivian was so very very helpful she answered all my questions & promptly returned my e mails & phone calls she was excellent !!! I will highly recommend Dressy Group to all my family friends & clients !!! Thank you so very much !!! Cindy Gregorio

Pretty good They were pretty helpful in trying to find bridesmaids dresses. Could be a little more proactive. We wanted a specific color, but the girl helping us failed to tell us they style we wanted didn't come in that color until the end of the appointment.

Delusions of grandeur Dresses that have restricted size guidelines are, say it with me now, not a custom order. They are dresses, made in sizes. Period. There is absolutely nothing custom about them aside from color. The sizing guides are extremely inaccurate, and the return policy doesn't apply to all styles of dresses. You can measure, and follow the fitting guide to a T, but be ready to pay through the nose for head to toe alterations. Seems a little expensive for a $300 "custom dress", doesn't it?

I didn't get a shipping email notifying … I didn't get a shipping email notifying me that my dress had shipped. I was out of town and my $250 dress sat outside my house for probably 2 or 3 days. Thankfully it was not stolen but easily could have been. If I had known it was arriving I would have had someone stop by to take it inside. When you are paying this ridiculous amount for a dress you should AT LEAST expect communication on shipment and arrival date, but none of that occurred. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Not a customer focused company Dresses take forever to ship. Do not accept exchanges which is baffling for an online company where you can't even try on the dresses. I had a dress that did not fit so I had to reorder it again therefore paying double and waiting another 9-10 weeks. Bad customer service. Customer support reps don't reply
