GBDelusions of grandeur Dresses that have restricted size guidelines are, say it with me now, not a custom order. They are dresses, made in sizes. Period. There is absolutely nothing custom about them aside from color. The sizing guides are extremely inaccurate, and the return policy doesn't apply to all styles of dresses. You can measure, and follow the fitting guide to a T, but be ready to pay through the nose for head to toe alterations. Seems a little expensive for a $300 "custom dress", doesn't it?

GBI've been in two weddings this year I've been in two weddings this year, and this was by far the WORST experience I've had. I went to the Dessy NYC showroom. It took two months for me to get an appointment (requested in March; appointment in May). I followed the procedure and requested dresses to be pulled and provided my size. When I got to the showroom, non of the dresses were int he size I requested and this information wasnt provided to me before I got there. The person assisting me was very demeaning, fat shaming, and outright unhelpful. She then gave me information for the incorrect dress and I had to order the dress online. This was a horrible experience.

GBCompany Policies The return policy and shipping costs of your company are extremely unethical. Its obvious you mark up the prices on things are refuse to take things back because people need your items for weddings. You don't care at all about your customers, and I'm sure your products are made in factories overseas where labor laws are nonexistent. I won't be recommending your company to friends.

GBPretty good They were pretty helpful in trying to find bridesmaids dresses. Could be a little more proactive. We wanted a specific color, but the girl helping us failed to tell us they style we wanted didn't come in that color until the end of the appointment.

CAI have very much enjoyed working with … I have very much enjoyed working with Dessy to purchase dresses & accessories. My only small suggestion would be to replace "we'll advise when it's in stock" with a notice of discontinuation - as this would have impacted colour choices. I had been hoping to keep ones uniform but have found a close enough substitute.
