Great swatches, decent experience Took a little longer to ship than expected, and only half of the swatches came on a white backing board - having it on the backing makes it so much easier to tell what the color is actually going to be when it has multiple layers of it. That being said, they are great swatches, they were well packaged, and, once they shipped, they arrived quickly. I got numerous email updates on my order, which was appreciated as well.

Poor advice on sizing I contacted the Dessy Group to request advice on selecting the dress size for the style. Based on my measurements, the specialist recommended a size that is way too large for my chest, hips, and even the waist. I'm disappointed that I'll need to spend the additional costs to get the dress altered. Also disappointing is the cost of the dress, for what is essentially just a bunch of polyester.

A very knowledgeable staff very professional very caring went the extra mile to get our dresses my wedding date is in Oct. The dresses arrived here sooner than expected which was a real benifit for me less stress & worry Vivian was so very very helpful she answered all my questions & promptly returned my e mails & phone calls she was excellent !!! Pretty good They were pretty helpful in trying to find bridesmaids dresses. Could be a little more proactive. We wanted a specific color, but the girl helping us failed to tell us they style we wanted didn't come in that color until the end of the appointment.

I paid $200 for a dress that I can't … I paid $200 for a dress that I can't get the zipper up or down on without a lot of manipulation. Heaven forbid I should try to dress myself! Also, it has a scalloped neckline, which looks beautiful in theory, but when I got it, it was so loose and bunchy that it looked ridiculous. I will have to spend more money on alterations.
