I haven't gotten my package yet -

Customer satisfaction matters. Someone from the company asked me for a… Someone from the company asked me for a review and I indicated I had not received the items I had ordered. I provided the order number and within a few days the item was delivered to my mailbox. That is very good customer service. I appreciated that it mattered as to whether I had received my order.

I kept the optional name section blank I kept the optional name section blank and the name Hunter was on the product when it arrived. I didn’t want it to have a name just the Semi tractor and flatbed. The name option said it was optional so I thought it was going to come blank. I was wrong. The product it self is fantastic and well made but having the name Hunter on the front ruined the gift.

It was supposed to ship in 5 business… It was supposed to ship in 5 business days! It’s been way tooooo long! False advertising! It was a gift! I’m not a happy customer!

Never got what I ordered complete ripoff -
