GBI kept the optional name section blank I kept the optional name section blank and the name Hunter was on the product when it arrived. I didn’t want it to have a name just the Semi tractor and flatbed. The name option said it was optional so I thought it was going to come blank. I was wrong. The product it self is fantastic and well made but having the name Hunter on the front ruined the gift.

GBCustomer satisfaction matters. Someone from the company asked me for a… Someone from the company asked me for a review and I indicated I had not received the items I had ordered. I provided the order number and within a few days the item was delivered to my mailbox. That is very good customer service. I appreciated that it mattered as to whether I had received my order.
