Stay Away! Rude and Ridiculous After using dozens of survey apps the last two years, I decided to try Insta GC. Bad idea! I incorrectly put in my date of birth from 10/22 to 11/22 and left my apt number out for goodness sakes. I was not able and still not able after a string of 24 hour very rude and nominal supports tickets which I corrected, still not able to cash out. meanwhile I am able to cash out immediately and receive immediate help at SurveyJunkie, free cash & others as an experience survey app taker please stay away from these people. Waste of time and very rude.

Customer Service I like the site. I've gotten many gift cards through them but their customer service sucks. For almost 2 months I'm still being told I can't get my measly 300 points for a credit card offer even after I showed proof I purchased the subscription. Insta has no idea who they're dealing with. I'm getting my points because I used an offer concerning my card information which can be quite dangerous. They will feel my wrath. I'm writing letters to all email addresses I find !

I have no idea why the people actually… I have no idea why the people actually gave them bad reviews I mean are pretty amazing if you want your beer &nuts money hey these guys are here , no offence but yes is 100% secure that every week you`ll will withdraw just once. At the beginning must work bit harder and reach 50 USD redeemable in Amazon account after that you can withdraw BTC I mean these guys are 100% honest best customer service you`ll ever seen and 100& reliable .Is just too good earning site you`ll never get banned like others and always you`ll find way to earn here.

Do not use this company they will take… Do not use this company they will take your money and will not communicate with you about it. You'll waste time. I just had to submit a complaint with the BBB to attempt to get my money from them. I submitted screen shots of their support ticket. The support center is absolutely horrible to say the least.

Kind of works. Often doesn't It works well enough if you're patient. Quite often things won't pay out, you're under paid, or surveys will remove you instead of pay out. The worst part is the chat moderators have a god complex. You'll be penalized for asking questions, helping other users, or saying anything outside of praising the mods. It's an okay site, but there are FAR better ones out there with more consistent pay outs, better trust, and less probability of actually paying what you've earned.
