So when multiple rewards from a game are frozen with the same name they need "clarity", even though they show up in different amounts. Not my fault or my problem they show up that way without the level number next to the name. Also when you reply on your own ticket they take forever to repond when they usually reply pretty quick on new tickets. So basically the whole frozen points thing is ridiculous. And the mods are rude and condescending...iykyk.

InstaGood It's somewhat easy earning points and making payout. The first ever redemption would take a few days before receiving, in my case thru PayPal, but the succeeding will already be instant or real time. There are times when they give out bonus points so better checkout their social media accounts like Facebook. Their Help Center is responsive. I have an issue though with some of their survey suppliers, wherein they don't give credits after completion, and it seems instaGC don't have a hand in those since they just rely on the suppliers, who determine the survey completion. Have to leave the site though as it's taking a toll on my health since I need to spend some time to garner points and I only do surveys there. But overall it's good hence the 5 stars.
