Not another bad review I'm not sure why there's so many negative reviews (not discrediting other people's experiences). I joined last week and had issues cashing out my points. I contacted support and they were very nice and fixed the issue for me. These reviews had me worried so I stopped doing surveys while I waited incase I didn't get a resolution for some reason. Customer Service I like the site. I've gotten many gift cards through them but their customer service sucks.
