Customer Service I like the site. I've gotten many gift cards through them but their customer service sucks. For almost 2 months I'm still being told I can't get my measly 300 points for a credit card offer even after I showed proof I purchased the subscription. Insta has no idea who they're dealing with. I'm getting my points because I used an offer concerning my card information which can be quite dangerous. They will feel my wrath. I'm writing letters to all email addresses I find !

Stay Away! Rude and Ridiculous After using dozens of survey apps the last two years, I decided to try Insta GC. Bad idea! I incorrectly put in my date of birth from 10/22 to 11/22 and left my apt number out for goodness sakes. I was not able and still not able after a string of 24 hour very rude and nominal supports tickets which I corrected, still not able to cash out. meanwhile I am able to cash out immediately and receive immediate help at SurveyJunkie, free cash & others as an experience survey app taker please stay away from these people.
