However, they promptly responded to my request, sending me a picture of my custom ornament, via email. I received it in about 2 weeks, it arrived in a very nice box, is beautifully crafted and was even nicer than I expected.

AUSpecial cushion cover I ordered a beautiful cushion cover with my late partner's photo and beautiful quote. I have no idea why people would consider it a scam, as the product was exceptional and very special. I received in exceptional fast time. I intend to order another for daughter. Thank you.

AUThe product is not what they advertised… The product is not what they advertised it was a sticker stuck on the tumbler and the writing was hard to read. The colours were also very sark, they won’t refund you either so I wouldn’t purchase anything from these people

GBInteresting Observation I was in the process of trying to place a order for a football poster for my grandson. I put his name in the box and I put his jersey number in the box and that was it! The preview copy of his poster was a white football player with my grandson’s name and number on it. Only problem is….he is NOT Caucasian. Wondering why only white people are represented??? Is this a racist company???

GBNothing heard after payment taken and order confirmation placed order, immediately received the order confirmation but no follow up email as indicated. Nothing since, sent numerous inquiry emails to Newsvips.com with no response.
