Ordered in november and did not receive… Ordered in november and did not receive order in time for Christmas. Instead I get emails from them almost daily advertising other goods. They sent me an email saying my items have been shipped on November 30th but when you click the tracking number it says that it is not yet in the system meaning that the item hasn’t made it to the post office yet. Therefore it is not fair for them to say that the item is shipped

Customer satisfaction is not a priority here Ordered personalized Christmas ornament. Was supposes to have my granddaughters name followed by the word forever. Picture on the front. They only put Part of her name and part of forever and elongated it to the extent it was unreadable. Told them three times and three times all they could say was how disheartened they were and that it was delivered. The fact that for over $23. dollars it was unsatisfactory meant nothing. This is a take the money and run company. Customer satisfaction is not in their policy.

Items were exactly as I ordered Items were exactly as I ordered. Came in the described time allotments for each item as well. The only confusing thing is that the have items for 1 day sales which offers either a sale price or a promo code for free shipping. If you order that item you might see the same item come out to be a lower price because of promo code. Just wish they would keep the total price the same at all advertisements.
