horrible never again This is horrible, you are a horrible business I am appalled by the lack of support, help and service. I ordered my gf flowers very early (Jan 2nd) so that there was no way they would be late. You are a company who distribute worldwide how do you forget to add importance documents. My order was meant to come 14th Feb lol what a joke you are! my gf was so upset she didn’t get no flowers. EVEN NOW THEY ARE NOT HERE YET. I paid good money even delivery. You are running your business like a scam company. I have had no apologies, no compensation nothing my order is still not here who knows where, who knows what conditions it will be in cause I have no faith in your trash company. I will also write a review not that you care. Where is my order when will it come?

Million Dollar Roses THEY are NOT I have to say people amaze me. I placed a order to be delivered in Valentines Day. It was delivered however in less than prestine condition. Literally the roses were yellowish and crushed. The roses were Silver and black. How yellow got in there who knows. I ask for a refund. Here is the response like it's my fault they left the warehouse in this condition. We are truly sorry for this situation, rest assured we are here to help you in any way we can. After reviewing your order, I noticed that the shipping protection was removed and not included with your purchase. Since the protection was not included the order is not eligible for a refund, however, we can proceed with one of the following options: - We can send out an identical replacement of what you ordered, or - We can issue a full store credit gift card for the amount paid. Heck I mean any other place if the item arrived basically destroyed NO questions asked refund would be issued Nope not here. This is the worst place I have ever bought from the worst customer service and rude and unprofessional. Absolutely would I ever spend that kind of money with these inconsiderate people again. They don't care and it's about Greed. Please don't waste your money or time with this company. I'm appalled at the response like it's my fault. Like I'm the who packaged these.

Awful customer service Awful customer service. They refuse to refund me for an order miss delivered by their own carrier they chose. Claim I didn't purchase their phony insurance so they can't refund me only replace the order. No, I don't want your phony overpriced scam product and you failed to deliver it first why would I want a second?

Awful product Awful product. Robbery. Images and descriptions are amazing marketing. Finished product is something that kids could attempt in high school. PLEASE DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY For information purposes I paid £380 (GBP) including delivery. £360 for the product. It is of shocking quality, held together by tape and nowhere near the size of the images marketed. It’s actually quite laughable at the fraud of this site and Company that I am not even bothered about the financial loss as I have already had so many laughs at the quality and size compared to the website 🤣

Just disappointed 2.5 stars.. I believe a signature should have been required or at least offered as my order wasn’t received by the recipient. After they sent the roses, they refunded me for the gift box due to being out of stock but I wouldn’t have ordered this if I knew that. ( The alternative box they sent looked small for $350+ worth of roses) I don’t want a replacement bc the moment is over. I’ve asked million roses to send the recipient a notice email to see if they knew about the package, but they didn’t want to. I would honestly change this bad review for a solution, thanks.
