GBMillion Dollar Roses THEY are NOT I have to say people amaze me. I placed a order to be delivered in Valentines Day. It was delivered however in less than prestine condition. Literally the roses were yellowish and crushed. The roses were Silver and black. How yellow got in there who knows. I ask for a refund. Here is the response like it's my fault they left the warehouse in this condition. We are truly sorry for this situation, rest assured we are here to help you in any way we can. After reviewing your order, I noticed that the shipping protection was removed and not included with your purchase. Since the protection was not included the order is not eligible for a refund, however, we can proceed with one of the following options: - We can send out an identical replacement of what you ordered, or - We can issue a full store credit gift card for the amount paid. Heck I mean any other place if the item arrived basically destroyed NO questions asked refund would be issued Nope not here. This is the worst place I have ever bought from the worst customer service and rude and unprofessional. Absolutely would I ever spend that kind of money with these inconsiderate people again. They don't care and it's about Greed. Please don't waste your money or time with this company. I'm appalled at the response like it's my fault. Like I'm the who packaged these.

GBScam - Avoid at all costs My order turned up dirty, squashed and smashed. Packing is terrible for what you pay, Amateur and unprofessional customer service that won’t give me my money back. I do no trust this company at all. Quality of the product not worth or even if it arrived in the correct condition. Will be claiming my money back through my credit card and posting this true experience for the world to see. AVOID AVOID AVOID

GBDelivery on time and roses look amazing I placed my order on Thursday 4th May as a gift for my mum’s birthday, to be delivered on Tuesday 9th May. I was a little concerned after reading some negative comments rg delivery issues. However, everything went well with my order. I believe they have 3 offices, Los Angeles, London and Budapest. Despite I live in the UK, my order was managed by Budapest office, I guess because my mum lives in Europe. The roses were delivered on time this morning, very nice packaged, and my mum loves them. I ordered the basic black box with Ivory roses. She sent me a picture and honestly they look amazing. Very happy with the purchase and the overall experience. Highly recommend!

GBMY WIFE LOVED IT! I ordered the Supreme White Box with Light Pink Roses for my wife's birthday and she was absolutely delighted with it! The roses were stunningly beautiful and smelled divine. The packaging was elegant and the customer service was exceptional. They even helped me make sure the delivery arrived on time for the big day. No delivery, no news, no response from Customer service, parcel tracking shows that they created the label but never shipped the product. Is this a scam? Fortunately AMEX will get to block the payment if they don't deliver by 27 Feb (which would be 2 weeks late)
