Company lets consumer eat costs of lost merchandise Order two Buck knives that were sent USPS. My order was tracked and shown delivered by USPS, but no package was ever received. Company says since packaged is shown delivered by USPS, there is nothing they will do. Decent companies would resend product. This company will take the money and leave you with nothing.

A month later I had to call to ask the status to which I am told that the company never charged my card since the saber was discontinued.
