received exactly what i wanted received exactly what i wanted i was pretty skeptical at first when coming across the website considering the knife i wanted was sold out in most places (pink stiletto) i bought it impulsively without doing further research on them and waited about 10 minutes until googling osogrande knives to see the reviews and well.. lets just say i began to overthink and worry if i’d actually receive it after some negative reviews lol, fortunately i did and it was very quick (about a week i’d say, it shipped out a day or two after i ordered)

Scam artist. Ordered a knife in July. They listed they were moving for several months apologizing for shipment delays...ok it is corona season-maybe I’ll wait it out. Never once responded to emails and they never answer the phone-it goes immediately to voicemail stating it’s outside business hours no matter when you call. Do not buy from them-I am contacting BBB. Positive reviews are to bait you in.

Horrible Horrible! My son asked for a felling axe for Christmas so he could chop wood. I found the one I wanted on Osogrande and ordered it early December. Since then I have called and left messages more than once with customer service and have gotten nothing back. They are a horrible company who clearly scams their “customers”.

Ordered a knife early July and they… Ordered a knife early July and they still haven't processed the order and now their web site says they are relocating and will not answer emails or ship anything until 07 SEPT. Do not order from these folks! I ordered the same knife from Amazon and it showed up two days later for a cheaper price and free shipping.

Fast shipping and wonderful selection I’m not sure what happened with other people and their bad experience, but mine was very good with Oso grande knives. I placed an order for a knife on Friday late at night Central time so Oso grande didn’t see it until Monday but they shipped it on Tuesday and by Friday I had the knife in my hand. I did call them on Wednesday to ask about the order but then I saw the email saying it was already shipped. Emerson had discontinued a knife that I wanted very badly and Oso grande had it so I ordered it right away Before they were all gone. I’ll definitely be a future customer.
