GBFast shipping and wonderful selection I’m not sure what happened with other people and their bad experience, but mine was very good with Oso grande knives. I placed an order for a knife on Friday late at night Central time so Oso grande didn’t see it until Monday but they shipped it on Tuesday and by Friday I had the knife in my hand. I did call them on Wednesday to ask about the order but then I saw the email saying it was already shipped. Emerson had discontinued a knife that I wanted very badly and Oso grande had it so I ordered it right away Before they were all gone. I’ll definitely be a future customer.

GBTerrible Company Give them a 0 I wanted to cancel an order from this company. I placed over 50 phone calls, I emailed them, I even used their Web form contact sheet. To this day, not a single Osogrande customer service person has contacted me. They are like ghosts. This is by far the worst company that I have ever dealt with online. Even after sending a cancellation of my order prior to them taking money from my account and shipping the order, they still shipped the knife and charged me. I CAN NOT contact them. Take your risk with this company. I would never ever suggest that anybody should ever buy anything from them.

GBOsoGrandeKnives didn't make the cut. I ordered a knife as a present for someone and paid extra for expedited shipping. I never got an email that it was shipped. I called the company EVERY DAY for 4 consecutive days, left a voicemail message, and sent a message through their website. I never talked to a human being and my messages were never answered. Now, almost an entire month later, I got an email that the knife has been shipped and my card was charged. Expedited shipping does not mean 27 DAYS LATER. I DO NOT HAVE ANY USE FOR THIS KNIFE NOW. I would like to return it but am not paying minimum 20% restocking fees and return shipping for their horrific negligence. That's assuming I even end up receiving it.

I’ve called an sent messages with no response whatsoever! What terrible customer service I will never do business with this company again so buyer beware is I all I can say.

GBCustomer Service I was looking for a Cold Steel knife, I wanted it at at good price and free shipping but I had several questions before my purchase. I sent them so many emails with my inquiries and so patiently they answer each and every single of them with courtesy and with knowledge. They sent me a tracking number the same day of my purchase and I got my order rapidly. They have a lot of variety of knives at a good price. I was satisfied with the price, process and their customer service.
