I sent them so many emails with my inquiries and so patiently they answer each and every single of them with courtesy and with knowledge. They sent me a tracking number the same day of my purchase and I got my order rapidly. They have a lot of variety of knives at a good price. I was satisfied with the price, process and their customer service.

GBScam artist. Ordered a knife in July. They listed they were moving for several months apologizing for shipment delays...ok it is corona season-maybe I’ll wait it out. Never once responded to emails and they never answer the phone-it goes immediately to voicemail stating it’s outside business hours no matter when you call. Do not buy from them-I am contacting BBB. Positive reviews are to bait you in.

GBThis is a terrible company as with the… This is a terrible company as with the previous review I placed an order on June 17th and have not received the knife. I’ve called an sent messages with no response whatsoever! What terrible customer service I will never do business with this company again so buyer beware is I all I can say.

GBOsoGrandeKnives didn't make the cut. I ordered a knife as a present for someone and paid extra for expedited shipping. I never got an email that it was shipped. I called the company EVERY DAY for 4 consecutive days, left a voicemail message, and sent a message through their website. I never talked to a human being and my messages were never answered. Now, almost an entire month later, I got an email that the knife has been shipped and my card was charged. Expedited shipping does not mean 27 DAYS LATER. I DO NOT HAVE ANY USE FOR THIS KNIFE NOW. I would like to return it but am not paying minimum 20% restocking fees and return shipping for their horrific negligence. That's assuming I even end up receiving it.

GBTerrible customer service Terrible customer service. Ordered a Naval Officer sword upon completion of a school due to great price. A month later I had to call to ask the status to which I am told that the company never charged my card since the saber was discontinued. No notification from them via email, no explanation whatsoever. Garbage company.
