Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. Ordered a Naval Officer sword upon completion of a school due to great price. A month later I had to call to ask the status to which I am told that the company never charged my card since the saber was discontinued. No notification from them via email, no explanation whatsoever. Garbage company.

Never buy anything from them Never buy anything from them, zero communication they have ignored four emails so far and two calls go to voice mail randomly when you are waiting on hold. They don't have a stock on the items listing pages so you will end up waiting for an item that will never come even after you get the "OsoGrandeKnives.com Order Confirmation" email. I have ordered from Osogrande Knives… I have ordered from Osogrande Knives many times and their customer service is sterling. They are one of the last shops out there that actually carry an inventory instead of just drop shipping it directly from the company. And because of this they often times have products that are discontinued but you can still get it from them because they are an actual store with product. My only hope is that they continue to be in business as it is hard to find anyone who actually has the products in stock and can guarantee shipping as they don't have to rely on a third party to ship it. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

Terrible Company Give them a 0 I wanted to cancel an order from this company. I placed over 50 phone calls, I emailed them, I even used their Web form contact sheet. To this day, not a single Osogrande customer service person has contacted me. They are like ghosts. This is by far the worst company that I have ever dealt with online. Even after sending a cancellation of my order prior to them taking money from my account and shipping the order, they still shipped the knife and charged me. I CAN NOT contact them. Take your risk with this company. I would never ever suggest that anybody should ever buy anything from them.
