Bad customer relations My Bank made a mistake and cancelled a purchase due to our card being hacked. The initial contact from Oso Grande stated that my wife and I stole from them and they couldn't understand why we would steal a knife from hard working people like themselves . I called them and paid for the knife. The sales manager stated they they were frustrated because criminals steal from them all the time and was not even remotely interested in hearing my complaint on the content of the email written by his employee. Would recommend never doing business with them. They do not know how to build good customer relations and care not to learn.

OsoGrandeKnives didn't make the cut. I ordered a knife as a present for someone and paid extra for expedited shipping. I never got an email that it was shipped. I called the company EVERY DAY for 4 consecutive days, left a voicemail message, and sent a message through their website. I never talked to a human being and my messages were never answered. Now, almost an entire month later, I got an email that the knife has been shipped and my card was charged. Expedited shipping does not mean 27 DAYS LATER. I DO NOT HAVE ANY USE FOR THIS KNIFE NOW. I would like to return it but am not paying minimum 20% restocking fees and return shipping for their horrific negligence. That's assuming I even end up receiving it.

From my experience with Oso Grande… From my experience with Oso Grande Knives, it’s not possible to judge whether they are a real business. After I placed an order for three items, I received a confirmatory email. But after a week, when I still had not received an email confirming shipping, I sent my first email to them inquiring as to the status of the order. I sent 3 more emails up until 18 days after placing the order. They never bothered to respond to a single one of my 4 emails. I was finally forced to cancel the order 19 days after I placed it. But they didn’t even reply when I cancelled the order!

Terrible Company Give them a 0 I wanted to cancel an order from this company. I placed over 50 phone calls, I emailed them, I even used their Web form contact sheet. To this day, not a single Osogrande customer service person has contacted me. They are like ghosts. This is by far the worst company that I have ever dealt with online. Even after sending a cancellation of my order prior to them taking money from my account and shipping the order, they still shipped the knife and charged me. I CAN NOT contact them. Take your risk with this company. I would never ever suggest that anybody should ever buy anything from them.

Ordered a knife mid Sept UPDATE** I spoke with the owners and they were in the midst of moving warehouses. She apologized profusely and I understood. I will give them another opportunity in the future. I apologized for my terrible review and nasty things I said about them...over a knife order.
