I never received the products, an email, call, or text explaining what was going on with the order. I've called and sent emails with no response, but they didn't hesitate to debit my account. Scam artist. Ordered a knife in July. They listed they were moving for several months apologizing for shipment delays...ok it is corona season-maybe I’ll wait it out. Never once responded to emails and they never answer the phone-it goes immediately to voicemail stating it’s outside business hours no matter when you call. Do not buy from them-I am contacting BBB. Positive reviews are to bait you in.

Customer Service I was looking for a Cold Steel knife, I wanted it at at good price and free shipping but I had several questions before my purchase. I sent them so many emails with my inquiries and so patiently they answer each and every single of them with courtesy and with knowledge. They sent me a tracking number the same day of my purchase and I got my order rapidly. They have a lot of variety of knives at a good price. I was satisfied with the price, process and their customer service.

Horrible Horrible! My son asked for a felling axe for Christmas so he could chop wood. I found the one I wanted on Osogrande and ordered it early December. Since then I have called and left messages more than once with customer service and have gotten nothing back. They are a horrible company who clearly scams their “customers”.

They are not in cali,nor indianna nor idaho they are in fact tactical traps , oso knives, the coble company of ca,bear claw trading post, the guy who is ripping you off is a bill c munson has over 30 corporations filed all are shell businesses. They dont do anything but take your money. Current address is in elk city idaho . He is a 68 year old con man.
