Fast shipping and wonderful selection I’m not sure what happened with other people and their bad experience, but mine was very good with Oso grande knives. I placed an order for a knife on Friday late at night Central time so Oso grande didn’t see it until Monday but they shipped it on Tuesday and by Friday I had the knife in my hand. I did call them on Wednesday to ask about the order but then I saw the email saying it was already shipped. Emerson had discontinued a knife that I wanted very badly and Oso grande had it so I ordered it right away Before they were all gone. I’ll definitely be a future customer.

Horrible Horrible! My son asked for a felling axe for Christmas so he could chop wood. I found the one I wanted on Osogrande and ordered it early December. Since then I have called and left messages more than once with customer service and have gotten nothing back. They are a horrible company who clearly scams their “customers”.

Scam artist. Ordered a knife in July. They listed they were moving for several months apologizing for shipment delays...ok it is corona season-maybe I’ll wait it out. Never once responded to emails and they never answer the phone-it goes immediately to voicemail stating it’s outside business hours no matter when you call. Do not buy from them-I am contacting BBB. Positive reviews are to bait you in.

I never received the products, an email, call, or text explaining what was going on with the order. I've called and sent emails with no response, but they didn't hesitate to debit my account. Customer Service I was looking for a Cold Steel knife, I wanted it at at good price and free shipping but I had several questions before my purchase. I sent them so many emails with my inquiries and so patiently they answer each and every single of them with courtesy and with knowledge. They sent me a tracking number the same day of my purchase and I got my order rapidly. They have a lot of variety of knives at a good price. I was satisfied with the price, process and their customer service.
