GBFrom my experience with Oso Grande… From my experience with Oso Grande Knives, it’s not possible to judge whether they are a real business. After I placed an order for three items, I received a confirmatory email. But after a week, when I still had not received an email confirming shipping, I sent my first email to them inquiring as to the status of the order. I sent 3 more emails up until 18 days after placing the order. They never bothered to respond to a single one of my 4 emails. I was finally forced to cancel the order 19 days after I placed it. But they didn’t even reply when I cancelled the order!

GBHorrible Horrible! My son asked for a felling axe for Christmas so he could chop wood. I found the one I wanted on Osogrande and ordered it early December. Since then I have called and left messages more than once with customer service and have gotten nothing back. They are a horrible company who clearly scams their “customers”.

GBOrdered a knife mid Sept UPDATE** I spoke with the owners and they were in the midst of moving warehouses. She apologized profusely and I understood. I will give them another opportunity in the future. I apologized for my terrible review and nasty things I said about them...over a knife order.

GBDoesn't seem like a legit company Doesn't seem like a legit company. I placed my order and received a confirmation via e-mail. Then, no notification of the shipment ever came in. I tried calling and sending e-mails to the sales and customer service, but received no response.
