I never received the products, an email, call, or text explaining what was going on with the order. I've called and sent emails with no response, but they didn't hesitate to debit my account. Ordered a knife early July and they… Ordered a knife early July and they still haven't processed the order and now their web site says they are relocating and will not answer emails or ship anything until 07 SEPT. Do not order from these folks! I ordered the same knife from Amazon and it showed up two days later for a cheaper price and free shipping.

OsoGrandeKnives didn't make the cut. I ordered a knife as a present for someone and paid extra for expedited shipping. I never got an email that it was shipped. I called the company EVERY DAY for 4 consecutive days, left a voicemail message, and sent a message through their website. I never talked to a human being and my messages were never answered. Now, almost an entire month later, I got an email that the knife has been shipped and my card was charged. Expedited shipping does not mean 27 DAYS LATER. I DO NOT HAVE ANY USE FOR THIS KNIFE NOW. I would like to return it but am not paying minimum 20% restocking fees and return shipping for their horrific negligence. That's assuming I even end up receiving it.

Company lets consumer eat costs of lost merchandise Order two Buck knives that were sent USPS. My order was tracked and shown delivered by USPS, but no package was ever received. Company says since packaged is shown delivered by USPS, there is nothing they will do. Decent companies would resend product. This company will take the money and leave you with nothing.

Fast shipping and wonderful selection I’m not sure what happened with other people and their bad experience, but mine was very good with Oso grande knives. I placed an order for a knife on Friday late at night Central time so Oso grande didn’t see it until Monday but they shipped it on Tuesday and by Friday I had the knife in my hand. I did call them on Wednesday to ask about the order but then I saw the email saying it was already shipped. Emerson had discontinued a knife that I wanted very badly and Oso grande had it so I ordered it right away Before they were all gone. I’ll definitely be a future customer.
