Horrible Horrible! My son asked for a felling axe for Christmas so he could chop wood. I found the one I wanted on Osogrande and ordered it early December. Since then I have called and left messages more than once with customer service and have gotten nothing back. They are a horrible company who clearly scams their “customers”.

They don't have a stock on the items listing pages so you will end up waiting for an item that will never come even after you get the "OsoGrandeKnives.com Order Confirmation" email. Do not order from them Do not order from them, they are a rip off. I order from them in July as a gift for my husband and myself. I never received the products, an email, call, or text explaining what was going on with the order. I've called and sent emails with no response, but they didn't hesitate to debit my account. BE WARE OF THIS COMPANY AND OTHERS SIMILAR

Ordered a knife mid Sept UPDATE** I spoke with the owners and they were in the midst of moving warehouses. She apologized profusely and I understood. I will give them another opportunity in the future. I apologized for my terrible review and nasty things I said about them...over a knife order.
