I have ordered from Osogrande Knives… I have ordered from Osogrande Knives many times and their customer service is sterling. They are one of the last shops out there that actually carry an inventory instead of just drop shipping it directly from the company. And because of this they often times have products that are discontinued but you can still get it from them because they are an actual store with product. My only hope is that they continue to be in business as it is hard to find anyone who actually has the products in stock and can guarantee shipping as they don't have to rely on a third party to ship it. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

I never received the products, an email, call, or text explaining what was going on with the order. I've called and sent emails with no response, but they didn't hesitate to debit my account. I’ve called an sent messages with no response whatsoever! What terrible customer service I will never do business with this company again so buyer beware is I all I can say.

Company lets consumer eat costs of lost merchandise Order two Buck knives that were sent USPS. My order was tracked and shown delivered by USPS, but no package was ever received. Company says since packaged is shown delivered by USPS, there is nothing they will do. Decent companies would resend product. This company will take the money and leave you with nothing.
