Company lets consumer eat costs of lost merchandise Order two Buck knives that were sent USPS. My order was tracked and shown delivered by USPS, but no package was ever received. Company says since packaged is shown delivered by USPS, there is nothing they will do. Decent companies would resend product. This company will take the money and leave you with nothing.

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. Ordered a Naval Officer sword upon completion of a school due to great price. A month later I had to call to ask the status to which I am told that the company never charged my card since the saber was discontinued. No notification from them via email, no explanation whatsoever. Garbage company.

Terrible Company Give them a 0 I wanted to cancel an order from this company. I placed over 50 phone calls, I emailed them, I even used their Web form contact sheet. To this day, not a single Osogrande customer service person has contacted me. They are like ghosts. This is by far the worst company that I have ever dealt with online. Even after sending a cancellation of my order prior to them taking money from my account and shipping the order, they still shipped the knife and charged me. I CAN NOT contact them. Take your risk with this company. I would never ever suggest that anybody should ever buy anything from them.

Horrible Horrible! My son asked for a felling axe for Christmas so he could chop wood. I found the one I wanted on Osogrande and ordered it early December. Since then I have called and left messages more than once with customer service and have gotten nothing back. They are a horrible company who clearly scams their “customers”.

Do not order from them Do not order from them, they are a rip off. I order from them in July as a gift for my husband and myself. I never received the products, an email, call, or text explaining what was going on with the order. I've called and sent emails with no response, but they didn't hesitate to debit my account.
