GBNot quite as pictured, but lovely non the less Veil arrived last night, not overly concerned that it took about a month as it was stated it would take that long when I placed the order. I think the veil for my daughter's wedding will be great once it gets steamed etc. Sadly, however, the comb was completely broken in half. So now I am in search of someone local who can replace the comb, otherwise, it's completely unusable. The edging has some metallic thread running through it that wasn't quite visible in the image online, but not horrible enough to where we were displeased, just more of a surprise.

GBI have repeatedly reached out about my… I have repeatedly reached out about my order and have received no response. There has been no shipment, or shipment update and I order my veil on January 2nd. Terrible customer service and support.

GBDouble charged me - not legit. Double charged me, the description says the veil would be handmade in europe. While I was being charged 100 dollars from a "gorgeous dress" company and also a separate company in hong kong. Neither are based out of the UK. If the price doesn't seem real... its probably because it's not. PERIOD.

GBNO communication 22 days ago I ordered they have not contacted me at all on when the order will be ready or if it is back ordered. Horrible customer service they have not responded to any of my emails about my order.

GBI ordered 3-5 day shipping and it did… I ordered 3-5 day shipping and it did not arrive. I contacted customer service and they did not get back to me in a timely manner. They did eventually get back to me but it was too late and I had already purchased a different veil. At least they cancelled my order.
