Very pretty veil The veil came in quickly and was true to color. There was still visible thread from the applique sew on, and that's the only thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars. It's very pretty and looks like I hoped it would. Excited to wear it for my wedding.

Low quality and false advertising The veil I got in the Mail is not according to the picture and discription on the webpage. It's a lot shorter in the front than in the back, and the fabric also looks way more delicate in the picture than the one used in the veil I received. The quality of the veil is very low. The seller state that they are "a small independent company based out of the UK that specializes in handmade wedding veils and hair adornments" on their website, but this is false advertising as I received a veil from China. I contacted the seller to get a refund and return the item, and the seller refuses to pay for the shipping back to China. Due to the high postage fee there's no point in returning it, and I wouldn't be surprised if I didn't get a refund even if I returned it. This is a scam, and I would not recommend ordering from this company.

I ordered 3-5 day shipping and it did… I ordered 3-5 day shipping and it did not arrive. I contacted customer service and they did not get back to me in a timely manner. They did eventually get back to me but it was too late and I had already purchased a different veil. At least they cancelled my order.

I PAID BUT I DIDN’T RECEIVE MY PRODUCT I did my order a long time ago, I was charged in my card and I didn’t receive the product yet. It was promised to arrive a couple of weeks ago.. I’ve contact by email and social media a lot of times without success! I want my money back but no one answers me

My veil hasn’t arrived… I put in an order on April 7 and paid express shipping and I still have not received my veil. I also emailed the company regarding my order and also not received a reply. At this point, I’d just like a refund for the original order and the shipping fees since it hasn’t shipped yet.
