Most likely a fraud storefront I ordered one item in Oct and another item in Dec. Neither order was fulfilled. There was no word on shipping status or anything. Multiple emails were ignored. But they sure charged my credit card asap! After opening a case with paypal they finally refunded the money. From what I observe, they simply take orders with no intention of fulfilling or shipping them, then they sit back and take in the money while only giving refunds to those that speak up and open cases against them.

RIPPED OFF Ordered two small crests for my sons as ancestry reminders prior to my departure.. AU$200 for a colour print I could have got at the local mall for a quarter of the price. Super disappointed. They did arrive however in good time.

I'm being scammed like the rest of you I'm being scammed like the rest of you. Ordered in April 1923 just got a email in Aug 1923 saying 3-6 weeks until delivery. I've already been waiting 4 months. Yes its a scam.

Surprised at the bad reviews when I had a great experience. I made an order with 4crests about four weeks ago. I purchased a lovely glassware set for my mother for Christmas. I received a sample the next day for my approval, which was really appreciated. About two weeks later I checked my email and saw I had received my shipping notice a couple days earlier. To my embarrassment I realized I had shipped it to the wrong address! I immediately emailed their customer service and got a response within about half an hour. I talked to Kyrsten and she went above and beyond to contact Fedex for me and have the address switched to the one I meant to have had it sent to. Kuddos to their customer service and the quality of the product received.
