GBMost likely a fraud storefront I ordered one item in Oct and another item in Dec. Neither order was fulfilled. There was no word on shipping status or anything. Multiple emails were ignored. But they sure charged my credit card asap! After opening a case with paypal they finally refunded the money. From what I observe, they simply take orders with no intention of fulfilling or shipping them, then they sit back and take in the money while only giving refunds to those that speak up and open cases against them.

CAThey shouldn't be in business That "company" should not be in business. They are not professional. A coat of arms it is something we should be proud of it. Poor Customer Service without logic saying: "you did not specify the colors on the background in your order, the artist followed all of your request". I send them a picture of my Coat of Arms. The tree should be on blue, blue for blue sky not on red like they did and 2 blades on red, red for blood not on blue like they did. Just don't make sense what they did. They are not trustable. Safe your money and do business with another company. From now on, I'll will double check on some sites what is the reputation of the company before sending my money. I am not interested at all to deal with thieves.

GBWorst Company I have ever used. I wish I had read these reviews before I used this company. They do not return email correspondences, and have never fulfilled the order I placed. Worst customer service possible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!! This is exactly what you can expect out of people that live in Washington. Thieves.

GBDO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Ordered a family crest ring in March,never received ring. Was told 1 months later the original requested image was lost and to resend it. We resent the image and after a few weeks we reached out again, but was told they could not do that image and sent a very poor quality image of the coat of arms they could do. We requested a refund and still have not received the ring nor the refund after 3 months. Very poor customer service. Does not respond to emails, no phone number listed, after obtaining the phone number to the owner multiple calls and messages left unanswered. Very displeased and now out $300! Do not do business with this company.
