Poor Customer Service without logic saying: "you did not specify the colors on the background in your order, the artist followed all of your request". I send them a picture of my Coat of Arms. The tree should be on blue, blue for blue sky not on red like they did and 2 blades on red, red for blood not on blue like they did. Just don't make sense what they did. They are not trustable. Safe your money and do business with another company. From now on, I'll will double check on some sites what is the reputation of the company before sending my money. I am not interested at all to deal with thieves.

After my many emails went unanswered after five weeks I contacted my charge card company to dispute charges. Funny how the next day I received an email from the company saying unfortunately after extensive searching they were unable to find my coat of arms (though name was listed on their website) and they were refunding my money. If course they were refunding my money! The credit card company stopped payment to them. Do not trust this company!!!!!

Terrible Customer Service. Never received order. I ordered a coat of arms in September as a Christmas present. I received an acknowledgement of payment and my order? I have sent the company multiple emails as a follow up, as it is Nov 30th and I have not received my order. They do not list a phone number on their site and don't respond to emails. I would avoid avoid avoid.
