It takes time for things like setting the store, getting brand approvals, listing products etc. There are a few processes that must be handled and handled correctly. EA is doing all that for me. What I have also appreciated is the complete transparency and the responsiveness of the team. They also post regular, weekly updates which are great. All these go a long way for new clients like me that are just getting into this space. New store owner.. candid feedback I'm a new store owner (just entered month 2) and while new to this experience can say their transparency and quick response times have been VERY impressive. I get weekly updates from the owners on every move the company is making which is super helpful (and they don't just cover the great stuff but challenges they've faced and how they are dealing with them which is real business and I appreciate the candor). Researched them for 3 months and dug deep and must say everything so far has been great. No biz model is perfect and all will have challenges but their prompt attention to address issues with swift action and communication is unique and rare in my experience as a business owner.
