GBWhat made my experience great is that… What made my experience great is that it’s easy and simple to be able to utilize zip services compared to Afterpay and Klarna where it is very difficult and there are limited stores people have access to.

GBGreat Good service , fast response The return process needs to be a little quicker. ( Example:) Amazon credits return immediately after returning item , and the process with zip is 2 weeks to get full refund. Please work on that That's why only 4 stars Other than that , great 👍

GBI bought a $50 doordash gift card and… I bought a $50 doordash gift card and it was never sent to me. I spoke with several customer service agents and not ONE offered to help. Just kept on giving me the same answers. They of course refuse to give me a refund because it was a gift card but refused to send me one at all. What's worse, is I have to keep paying on it

GBFinance total hidden till checkout There was a bonus discount if I used ZIP on Newegg and when I got to the checkout it would only let me purchase up to a certain amount which forced me to not buy some of the items I needed. I'd like for there to be a way of knowing how much ZIP will cover before moving to the checkout stage.
