This is a great payment opportunity This is a great payment opportunity. If your merchandise is more than your approved amount you can pay the difference rather than just get turned down. With ZIP i was able to get the laptop i needed for work. Thanks ZIP

I bought a $50 doordash gift card and… I bought a $50 doordash gift card and it was never sent to me. I spoke with several customer service agents and not ONE offered to help. Just kept on giving me the same answers. They of course refuse to give me a refund because it was a gift card but refused to send me one at all. What's worse, is I have to keep paying on it

It's so good to be able to afford what… It's so good to be able to afford what you want and not have to pay full price upfront, payments are spaced out and you know exactly when it will be taken

I applied to Zip on the NewEgg website I applied to Zip on the NewEgg website, completed all the steps, and used my charge card for the 1st payment, but unfortunately, when I hit "complete transaction" I received a "can't complete process" message. I saw an incorrect pending charge for the down payment, but, to its credit, Zip reversed the erroneous charge the next day. No other explanations were given for the foul-up, initially. Zip did contact me a few days later to state they would look into the matter, and apologized for the inconvenience.
