User Friendly Website The website was very easy to navigate and use. I sent my girlfriend in Russia flowers and gifts. Somehow her zip code was deleted when I placed the order. I messaged the website and they added her zip code to the order. Great customer service and easy payment options. Flowers were delivered on-time and look fantastic.

Cupcakes instead of the cake I ordered I ordered a pot of pink roses, a small teddy bear, 1 balloon that said I love you on it, and a chocolate cake. The order arrived as a pot of engineered red and pink roses, 6 children’s balloons, a bear, and cupcakes. For my 83 year old mother. Also, when I first placed the order I received an email to say that my payment had been rejected, so I assumed I had to book on another website. The next day I received another email to say that my payment had been processed, only the dollar amount was higher and I had already booked flowers with another provider assuming my purchase had not gone through. Delivery was fast and on time.

Delivered bouquet looked different Delivery was completed successfully, and their support were responsive over the phone and in messages. However, one shouldn't be using support at all. And the delivery looked different to the advertised photo. Unfortunately no greenery around the flowers which was what attracted me to pick this specific product in the first place.
