USThe flowers arrived.. The flowers arrived... eventually. Once I was able to get in touch with customer service, they were very helpful and responsive. The bouquet I ordered ended up not being available, but the one the florist made was pretty. I felt that the value was equal to the amount I paid. My only complaint is the lack of communication initially, and the delivery of the flowers being delayed by almost 24h.

USFlowers abroad Flowers abroad I was wanting to send flowers abroad but the money currency was different which made it a little hard to do so. Using Cyber.Florist, seemed to good to be true and made the process extremely easy. The flowers were delivered and were beautiful! :)

USCupcakes instead of the cake I ordered I ordered a pot of pink roses, a small teddy bear, 1 balloon that said I love you on it, and a chocolate cake. The order arrived as a pot of engineered red and pink roses, 6 children’s balloons, a bear, and cupcakes. For my 83 year old mother. Also, when I first placed the order I received an email to say that my payment had been rejected, so I assumed I had to book on another website. The next day I received another email to say that my payment had been processed, only the dollar amount was higher and I had already booked flowers with another provider assuming my purchase had not gone through. Delivery was fast and on time.
