It was a pretty easy process It was a pretty easy process. My flowers went into ukraine. Ordered of the website they called to verify the order then they were delivered the next day. I've used other delivery services to ukraine cyber.florist has been the easiest by far. Some of the other companies were charging me outrageous delivery charges. But used PayPal had no problems. Definitely use them again.

Delivered bouquet looked different Delivery was completed successfully, and their support were responsive over the phone and in messages. However, one shouldn't be using support at all. And the delivery looked different to the advertised photo. Unfortunately no greenery around the flowers which was what attracted me to pick this specific product in the first place.

Good product but surprisng was abit difficult They have amazing range of product to make anyone feel mesmerized, however, the delivery, the support experience is not upto the par. As, I had to call and email multiple times, but at the end it all went all. Just a request, please keep an order tracking link and a handy customer support. Rest all is perfect.
