GBCall, real people, real help! When I transferred to Lively from my former employer's HSA, it is a long and difficult process. Primarily from the HSA providers who are being asked to give up the funds to Lively. I had to go through this several times and each time I called Lively, got a person in short time and was helped immediately and they took care of getting the funds transferred. They also allow my TD Ameritrade (now becoming Charles Schwabb) to invest my funds and provide me advice.

GBEvery one that is able to participate should. The biggest positive about Lively aside from automatic deposit from my bank was the tax savings at the end of the year. Easily able to submit my receipts with the Lively card or with my own for future reimbursement. I wish I had started sooner but I'm glad I finally did.

GBI need to close my lively account I need to close my lively account. It's been great, but all my money is invested in TDAmeritrade, and I'm not staying with Schwab when they take things over, but instead will be using a different firm to invest my HSA that is both an HSA account and investment firm. Please tell me how to close it as easy as possible and ASAP. Thanks again for your great experience and regret needing to move on!

GBI can invest the whole balance anyway I want. The best thing is I can invest the whole HSA balance with TDAmeritrade (Schwab soon) using any stock or ETF I want. The HSA my employer set up had about 12 stogy mutual funds and I had to leave 1 or 2 thousand uninvested. The web site is easy to use. I recommend Lively to my family and friends. And it is a Y-combinator company, a big green flag for me.
