Great service!! The customer service representatives are knowledgeable and do everything possible to be sure questions are fully and correctly answered. That gives me so much confidence in the company. The website is easy to use and the request for reimbursement process is fast and efficient.

Great alternative to continuing inactive employer sponsored account Switched from an employer sponsored account that charged a monthly fee and had limited investment options to Lively. Very happy so far.

No inactive account fees+trading with Charles Schwab No fees when the account is not getting fixed monthly deposits is great compared to all other competitors. It was easy to link the account to a trading account at Charles Schwab where I could purchase stocks and/or etfs so it turned out great. My experience with Lively has been great so far. I have transferred all other HSAs from my previous employments over to Lively seamlessly.

Easy & Scalable After quite a bit of research, I decided to roll my HSA to Lively for a few reasons that did not disappoint. 1. Opportunity to have integration with Charles Schwab for future investing. 2. Easy to navigate their interface. (Desktop & Mobile) 3.
