Order arrived Monday Order arrived Monday, I opened it around 4pm. Two items, pin assortments were shipped as singles instead of the stated quantities. Called the toll-free number and chatted with a guy (Brent or Brant). He pulled the order and instantly understood what had happened and assured me it would be handled that day. This is about 4:30 pm their time. Short parts arrived Friday per his comment. Bob's has 2 thumbs up from me and I will be a repeat customer!

Great service I needed a hard to find part locally, so I searched the web and Farmer Bob had it. In 2 days I had the part in my hands. I’m up and running again. Thanks guys
