Switching to Winhost was a good decision I was forced to find a new provider when my my former provider stopped caring about its customers. I switched to Winhost a couple of months ago and so far I've been very pleased with both the service and support. There are a few things I find inconvenient or annoying, but nothing bad enough to make me regret my decision.

Dependable and responsive. First, the offerings of Microsoft based services I am already familiar with including the latest dotnet core versions. The control panel lets me do all the admin tasks including renewals, ssl cert, domain name, and backups. All database needs can be handled wth sql mgmt studio directly, nice! Second, the quick and useful responses from support, this is hard to find. Third, price and performance, both hard to beat. Overall highly recommended.
