My only issue is in the event of emergency where you need urgent response, you sometimes might not get in time probably due to difference in time zones.

GBSwitching to Winhost was a good decision I was forced to find a new provider when my my former provider stopped caring about its customers. I switched to Winhost a couple of months ago and so far I've been very pleased with both the service and support. There are a few things I find inconvenient or annoying, but nothing bad enough to make me regret my decision.

GBVery Easy to Use Winhost was very easy to transfer a domain, hosting, and website. We moved from GoDaddy as the site was very slow and not working well. We are using ASP.net and on GoDaddy, the sessionState was timing out frequently, making the site unusable. We move to WinHost and have zero issues with timeout. The reliable, speed, and uptime has been great! We are using MSSQL database and that works really good too. The pricing is reasonable for a small developer and small business client. Highly recommended.
