We picked WinHost because they offered an easier way to setup reliable Windows Hosting for several old Classic ASP sites we were hosting. Since 2015, the uptime that WinHost has provided was very close to 100% (we tracked it to 99.99%). When there was downtime, it was only about 5-8 minutes every other month or so. When we did need to contact support, they were relatively fast and always very respectful and helpful. Overall, we’d recommend WinHost and we’ll be back if we ever need to host another Windows website!

GBVery good value but need more helpful support staff. Very good value. I certainly recommend. Can only 4 stars because support personnel seem to do absolute minimum to answer questions. E.g. they will refer you to an existing help page without reading that you already know about that page but still have a problem. I get the feeling they don't have sufficient staff to really pay attention to the questions they're being asked so it's not an individual's fault.. They are however much, much better than Active24, who are just hopeless. 3Essentials had truly excellent support but their contracts became prohibitively expensive.

GHGreat team who are ready to assist in… Great team who are ready to assist in every way they can to make sure your site works perfectly right from onboarding to running of your site. My only issue is in the event of emergency where you need urgent response, you sometimes might not get in time probably due to difference in time zones.

GBGreat support when we need it! Their tech support team is very responsive, quick, and helpful whenever there's an issue. Also, the dependable, easy-to-use service is a great value, offering startups like ours the best bang for the buck. We'll use Winhost to host all of our sites going forward.
