Helpful Products and Wonderful Customer Service I have been a customer since 2018. I started using their CBD salve for pain after my knee surgery. I have been using it ever since on arthritic type pain on my knees, elbows and wrists whenever there's a flare up. It greatly reduces the pain, which allows me to ride my bike, walk upstairs or walk long distances. I also started drinking their mushroom "coffee" (which is more like chai) every day for about 2 years. Regardless of it's name, I have noticed my mood more calm on a daily basis. I'm very grateful for the Sisters of the Valley providing such good products and I have called on occasion to ask questions; there's always a live person that answers. I also appreciate the timeliness of the shipping!

Sad Customerr Service! Placed order in October 21. Shipping label created November 6th. Still have not received my order!! I am VERY UNHAPPY!! If I could give ZERO STARS- I WOULD!! The lack of customer service is appalling. I sent several tickets to support ~~ NO RESPONSE!!!!!! I don't care how good the product is, with out good customer service, you loose customers! And I am one of them!!!
