Always try the Samples We purchased a few capsule sample packs as well as the salve. We tried it as directed and I needed to increase it by one capsule and my son increased it by two. We both suffer from Chronic pains due to multiple accidents and Spinal deterioration. The capsules did not alleviate all of the pains and aches, but it did take the edge off.
