Always try the Samples We purchased a few capsule sample packs as well as the salve. We tried it as directed and I needed to increase it by one capsule and my son increased it by two. We both suffer from Chronic pains due to multiple accidents and Spinal deterioration. The capsules did not alleviate all of the pains and aches, but it did take the edge off. I loved the salve, it was easy to use and absorbed very well. It was able to alleviate the arthritis aches and helped with muscle pains and spasms.

Helps with Pain I just recently started using the CBD Salve. For the past three weeks it has helped relieve the intensity of nerve and arthritis pain in both my feet and knees. I massage it in before getting dressed, and then again before bed. It works better for me than over the counter pain relief products. I am happy that Sisters of the Valley was recommended to me by my podiatrist.

Helpful Products and Wonderful Customer Service I have been a customer since 2018. I started using their CBD salve for pain after my knee surgery. I have been using it ever since on arthritic type pain on my knees, elbows and wrists whenever there's a flare up. It greatly reduces the pain, which allows me to ride my bike, walk upstairs or walk long distances. I also started drinking their mushroom "coffee" (which is more like chai) every day for about 2 years. Regardless of it's name, I have noticed my mood more calm on a daily basis. I'm very grateful for the Sisters of the Valley providing such good products and I have called on occasion to ask questions; there's always a live person that answers. I also appreciate the timeliness of the shipping!

The salve eases the aches from Degenerative Disk Disease, & the oil helps to relax me for a comfortable restful sleep. I feel confident using the products, because I know they are pure, & I know the Sisters are dedicated. When I had a shipping problem, it was remedied, & I even got some free salve & oil. I love Sisters of the Valley, recommend them, & will continue to use them.
