Prompt, courteous and clear My enquiry was addressed promptly, courteously and clearly. I have always found this to be an efficiently run company. Deliveries are reliable, regardless of weather. Any contact with customer services has always been easy and helpful. You couldn't ask for more.

AVOID AVOID Wish I had read the reviews first. Ok so the product is not the problem. The customer service was poor. Got a very rude man who actually hung up on me all because I said he was speaking at same time as me. Called back to sort this payment problem out. I cancelled DD because I was confused when their sight said to pay now so I paid with my bankcard immediately. I cancelled DD cause I wasn't paying twice. Anyways to cut a long story short I have never been spoken too so rudely. Manners cost nothing . Poor business practice.
