GBAVOID AVOID Wish I had read the reviews first. Ok so the product is not the problem. The customer service was poor. Got a very rude man who actually hung up on me all because I said he was speaking at same time as me. Called back to sort this payment problem out. I cancelled DD because I was confused when their sight said to pay now so I paid with my bankcard immediately. I cancelled DD cause I wasn't paying twice. Anyways to cut a long story short I have never been spoken too so rudely. Manners cost nothing . Poor business practice.

GBVery poor customer service Attitude, Aggressive & Hostile Called to discuss excessive payment taken via direct debit on 28/03/ 2024 missed payments on my part and charges that are applied on website I was told these were A BIGGER FONT SO DO NOT CLASS AS SMALL PRINT, i was assured I would receive return email following the call this never happened, I do take accountability for missed payments and obviously would honour the charges, however I will absolutely not accept the attitude that was provided from Thomson’s team member who after being asked the department they work in the reluctant answer was admin-Zero Inter - personal skills, aggressive, hostile,abrupt to name a few: quick slam of the phone resulted in a male colleague returning my call who told me all calls are recorded, repeatedly, I actually felt he was quite oh well we record calls and will listen to them continually until we can learn how to abuse our customers even more, ( or this is your classic listen to all call recordings and employee of the month goes to whoever has the most disgruntled customer ) we use trust pilot and google review we will remove your negative review ??? Why ! Surely negative reviews are a way of addressing problems within your Team @ Thomson’s ? On a very serious note anyone vulnerable or elderly please do not call this company they will impact you greatly with the aggressive tone in which they conduct themselves. Your milk is only a corner shop away a lot cheaper and a lot less hassle with friendlier services. Family run businesses should be encouraging rapport with customers not steam rolling them unless of course Thomson’s have no need for client retention. Reading previous reviews they all carry on with a similar vein. Let’s take a moment to honour the cows that provide us the milk, Thomsons attitude could sour by just looking at it…
