GEHorrible service (Website got suspended) Horrible service. I paid for 1 year of hosting for my website in advance, and it was suspended without any explanation. I was told to check my email, but the email never arrived. Then, following the instructions provided, I contacted support, and they explained that my website was accused of abuse. For context, my website was just a template, and I was learning how to do SEO.

GBNameCheap has the best customer service… NameCheap has the best customer service I've ever seen. They have sat down for HOURS dealing with my many problems caused mainly by my own incompetence. Truly outstanding customer service.

MGYou're not alone, super customer & host service It was my bad for reaching support too lately and trying to face all issues all by myself. In fact, this kind of hosting (the wp host by Easywp) clearly, doesn't work without a properly setup SSL. They replied super fast, are very engaged and easy to communicate with. It was my greatest experience so far with a customer support. Now my site works smoothly and the app is exactly as described. Fast, secure and easy! Keep it up 💪🏼❤

GBSupport is great. Service could use work. Support is great. Oleksander is a great agent! The service is good... but I'd like the ability to use my own caching plugins instead of the default. Sites can run a little more slowly than I'd like - even when optimized. I'd like the managed Wordpress solution for "power users" (marketed as EasyWP Turbo) to compete with Kinsta.
