Namecheap EasyWP Support I find namecheap's support to be outstanding most of the time. Yes, occasionally you can have miscommunications, but they are easily worked out. Horrible service (Website got suspended) Horrible service. I paid for 1 year of hosting for my website in advance, and it was suspended without any explanation. I was told to check my email, but the email never arrived. Then, following the instructions provided, I contacted support, and they explained that my website was accused of abuse. For context, my website was just a template, and I was learning how to do SEO.
