Blessed to have all my dogs listed as Clear and explanations as how this decision was arrived at in terms that the average person can understand. Prompt results, great customer service The results came in earlier than the projected timeframe, the email updates and access to my acct were clear and easy to access, when I called to ask clarifying questions (twice) the staff who responded to me were gracious and very clear - all of this was very helpful and appreciated.

Disappointing Since the company changed hands the service is TERRIBLE!! Inaccurate test results and it’s been now more than a month and still no dna profile result. I’ll no longer be using PPG!
