The test kits came quickly, and were easy to use. Once the tests were in the return mail, I could electronically follow the tests’ progress. The results were faster than expected. Thanks to the thorough explanations, the results were easily understood. All together a rewarding experience.

A little hiccup Actually a little bump in the road. I never received an email that testing was backed up and the date of completing estimated for a week longer. I found this by logging into my account and seeing message next to all 3 dogs being tested. So I called. I was explained that do to unforeseen circumstances,my reports would be available in another week. Although a hiccup, I was pleased to receive a day earlier than estimated.
