Good Product Great products. Out of the mass amount I purchased for my warehouse, 3 thermometers would not work. I replaced batteries and everything. Little bummed. I purchased another load for my other warehouse, and they seem to be working great.

Credit card charged but order never shipped. My credit card was charged back in November for the order. Here we are at December 20 and I still have not received anything from you. Really??? Who charges a credit card and keeps my money for over a month without sending any product??! Along with absolutely no correspondence as to where my order is. This has been a truly terrible experience!
