Credit card charged but order never shipped. My credit card was charged back in November for the order. Here we are at December 20 and I still have not received anything from you. Really??? Who charges a credit card and keeps my money for over a month without sending any product??! Along with absolutely no correspondence as to where my order is. This has been a truly terrible experience!
