Easy to use website but lots out of stock Really easy to use website and checkout, with lots of payment options (Amazon Pay, Google Pay, etc… wish there was Apple Pay too). I’ve seen their store in person so I know they’re legit. Only problem was lots of things were out of stock, especially common food items.

Beautiful Products at a Great Price! The bowls I purchased from the site are gorgeous, especially for the price. I had placed my order Saturday night and it arrived Monday morning! The delivery person was very friendly. The bowls were so carefully packaged, too. I couldn’t be happier with my overall experience with MTC.

Ordered a cutting board, got much more 😁 Ordered a cutting board, realized it was too small and reached out to them to change the order. They were SUPER helpful, friendly, and professional (looking at you Coco) and best of all out everything in writing despite us talking over the phone. Made the whole process really easy and got local delivery in NYC within the next day. Honestly kind of shocked at how amazing the experience was and will definitely be ordering from MTC again and checking out the brick & mortar store.

Frustrating experience, but quality wares. Ordered three items around Black Friday. Great prices. However, one week after the expected delivery date, still no confirmation of shipment. No reply from their customer service via email. Voice mail full. One day after this rating was posted and charge was disputed, the package was finally shipped. Items were well wrapped and looked great! Dispute withdrawn, all ended well, but the experience was less than stellar. I have updated my rating in response (from 1 to 3 stars).

pleasant experiences Bought from them several times, pleasant experiences. Only thing is quite a few items are still not in stock, hope this will get better as everything is getting back to normal.
