Neat way to try new products I only ordered a few things as this was my first time ordering and I wasn’t sure what to expect, but my order arrived next day and the few food products I ordered were delicious! Definitely looking forward to trying more things.

Great service Items were quickly shipped the next day and were packaged neatly along with dry ice to keep from spoiling. Delivery driver was also polite, he kept his distance but did ask if I needed assistance bringing the boxes in, as I had ordered a lot.

Easy to use website but lots out of stock Really easy to use website and checkout, with lots of payment options (Amazon Pay, Google Pay, etc… wish there was Apple Pay too). I’ve seen their store in person so I know they’re legit. Only problem was lots of things were out of stock, especially common food items.

The Best For Benriner Products After spending an hour looking for Benriner products on other sites, I found MTC Kitchen. Everything was in stock and reasonably priced relative to alternatives like Amazon. I will be purchasing more!

OK Service, could do some improvements Quick Shipping (compared to the online MTC Kitchen store where some of my 1+ months ago orders still haven't updated yet), but they could had let me know that the delivery was going to happen on what day... I didn't get any notification and just came home finding that there was a MTC box outside of my outdoor step.
