A culture through it's dishes. The experience of shopping at MTC Kitchen Home NY was a milestone. I connected with people who where there for me on every step of the way. That support and communication was more valuable than a store experience. Of course the website was easy to navigate and well organized. I changed all my dishes over 2 years from Scandinavian to Japanese. I love my new dishes and the experience of shopping at MTC Kitchen NY!

What a great order department & customer service! This shopping site has the best customer service ever! I have now ordered twice and the women in the order department have contacted me both times to check on my order or to suggest a way to have it shipped more conveniently. This is such a great company, and their products are wonderful as well. Highly recommended.

Amazing Products. I have a Japanese friend who introduced me to this shop and told me that there is a lot of stuff I can find here, especially if you are a stuff person like me who like buying things for my home, so I tried placing an order with them. Actually, I put a large order because it was reasonably priced, and they will deliver it to you door to door, fully assembled and secure. It was an incredible experience, and all of my goods are so nice and in excellent shape. I will undoubtedly place another purchase.

I ordered several times and found that… I ordered several times and found that DAIKON was not fresh with darkend core and Tokyo negi was not fresh with mold and yellow color, I had to throw them away. I took photos of both. Also, Sangenton pork was not propery packaged and so damaged (blacktray broken）and more than half of pork was not eatable, was thrown away..Lastly, AMAOU, JapaneseHAKATA strawberry was not delicious at all and very sour, local strawberry is much better. Not worth for buyingthem with high price. As to ４ kind of Kinoko were ok, I will purchase them again. ayako

I love companies that have an alternative to Amazon etc I’d tried to order a manual Japanese style can opener from another company through Amazon and twice tracking showed it as delivered but it never turned up, so found this store while searching online for local options. The can opener was a couple dollars less here than from Amazon which was great! At the same time I ordered a mandoline that I’ve had my eye on for a while, but had put off ordering from Amazon because I know there are issues with fakes being sold. Package arrived within a couple days, and everything was in great condition. Very happy with my order and shared with a couple friends as well. I’d definitely order from here again.
