Worst customer service ever. Never received what I ordered I'm still waiting for my order, contacted them 3 times and got no reply back in regards to what's going on with my order.

I bought a Life Goes On hoodie I bought a Life Goes On hoodie, and 2 BE sweatshirts. They are made of high quality soft cotton. The colors are beautiful. They even wrote Life Goes On like the album cover! Very cool! I bought a 3xl cus I like Big Hoodies that are comfy and I can wear layers underneath. It is perfect. It’s so hard to find the good quality sweatshirts as K-pop merchandise so I always buy from Hellosouthkorea!
