Great BTS Merch I received all my orders ( Butter mug and hoodies) within the time frame mentioned. They were well made ( design and print ). The hoodie material was good, not flimsy. Ordering is very easy and they send updates which for me says a lot about their customer service.

Item never arrived and I have been… Item never arrived and I have been unable to pull up the web page to get help. It's been consistently saying web page unavailable. Very frustrating.
