Customer service was responsive, informative, quickly followed up with me. The item I initially wanted was out of stock but I was offered an email notification to inform me when the item was in stock again. Once the Item was in stock I was notified. When placing the order, I emailed Customer Service with a question and received a response within 24 hours. Quicker than I expected. I placed my order and the item was at my house before I had a chance to track the item and wonder when it would be received. The service and item ordered were great.

Company Short Order We loved our experience with Bifties! I ordered 15 boxes for a corporate event and I cannot say how pleased I am. The boxes were shipped quickly and the number of compliments I received on the "boxing" alone was worth the purchase.
