Mixed review The love the product I received. I was disappointed that most of the products I initially wanted to purchase were not available. While I requested to be notified when items were restocked, the items were not restocked when I returned to the site a month later.

Bifties for my Besties I ordered twice in the last Month and both recipients were really pleased with their order! One for my partner and another for my best friend’s birthday. I live in Europe at the moment so Bifties makes it easy for me to shower those I love with personalized and curated gifts from black-owned companies! 🥰 I love the variety of products I was able to pick from! Amazing all the way through! The process for getting our Bift's out was amazing. Constance stayed in touch, gave updates and was great every step of the way. Our staff loved everything! We will definitely be using Bifties again.

Customer service was responsive, informative, quickly followed up with me. The item I initially wanted was out of stock but I was offered an email notification to inform me when the item was in stock again. Once the Item was in stock I was notified. When placing the order, I emailed Customer Service with a question and received a response within 24 hours. Quicker than I expected. I placed my order and the item was at my house before I had a chance to track the item and wonder when it would be received. The service and item ordered were great.

The packaging was so beautiful I didn’t even have to wrap it. I got several compliments on the box alone. If you’re thinking about doing it, do it. I promise you won’t regret it.
