USI was typing a review I was typing a review, and it disappeared before I finished. This may be a repeat. I had one of your fruitcakes 2 years ago, and it was amazing. Best I've ever had. Last year I ordered one on Amazon which came from a secondary seller. It was good, but I mistakenly ordered it without the rum/bourbon. This 3# cake left a lot to be desired. The rum/bourbon flavors were very muted. There was a gritty texture that we all detected. I felt like it had a raw flour flavor. I am not looking for anything because of this. So, please, no need to replace this cake. I will order from you again in the future. Thanks, Phil Graves
