Our recipes date back to 1917. Our fruitcake is a light cake with 67% fruit and nuts. We use large cherries, succulent pineapple, regular and golden raisins along with pecans and walnuts. The only liquid in our fruitcake is bourbon, rum and brandy. In addition to our out of this world flavor, we promise to maintain quality and care in our products.

This fruitcake is a showstopper. Best fruitcake ever. So glad to be able to purchase this "national treasure" cake online. This is my third and definitely not last order for this spectacular treat. Have only had comparable quality from my own grandma's cake, fresh in memory from 60 years ago. A slim slice almost every day with coffee. It's a real treat.
