GBWebhostpython isn't what it used to be I've had a reseller account with Webhostpython for over three years and they were outstanding when they were a FL based private firm, but since they were acquired by World Host Group (parent company is Hostforweb with holdings in England, Wales, Germany and elsewhere) a few months ago they've really gone downhill. As with most companies their "customer service" is outsourced now and they're likely not based in the US because they have trouble with English phrasings, and they couldn't even understand what I was asking. They were being evasive and actually lying to me in a recent exchange. The old company would respond and help with tech things fast, even late at night, but now they're saying they "can't" do this or that, which I know they can.. they just don't want to. I'm greatly disappointed that they were sold because they were the best hosting company I'd ever had.. so now I'm going to resume my search for honesty and integrity in an American Company, not some worldwide conglomerate that doesn't know what customer service is, and doesn't really care.

GBI wished they didn't change it to Upmind as the system is slower now! I have been with Webhostpython for over 5 years! their customer service is amazing and their price is competitive! The reason I am giving it a 2 stars is because, recently, they changed to Upmind and I wish they didn't do that! because since they have made the change the system is slow and has made the process of purchasing the domain and the hosting harder as you have to do that in two different transactions.

GBOutstanding Experience in every respect I have been continuously using Webhostpython.com for over ten years now. The hosting services are extremely reliable and the customer service regarding technical matters which are typically not even hosting related are beyond reproach. If every service I have utilized over the past 60 plus years was run as well as this company, I would have no gray hairs. Highly recommend.
