I wished they didn't change it to Upmind as the system is slower now! I have been with Webhostpython for over 5 years! their customer service is amazing and their price is competitive! The reason I am giving it a 2 stars is because, recently, they changed to Upmind and I wish they didn't do that! because since they have made the change the system is slow and has made the process of purchasing the domain and the hosting harder as you have to do that in two different transactions.

They have been incredible since day one of working together (About 2-3 years ago) and as a small business, have far exceeded the level of performance and customer service any big box company could come close to providing. Other companies like GoDaddy will make you wait on hold and then be greeted by an untrained rep who's sole job is just to try to sell you more crap.
