GBWebhostpython isn't what it used to be I've had a reseller account with Webhostpython for over three years and they were outstanding when they were a FL based private firm, but since they were acquired by World Host Group (parent company is Hostforweb with holdings in England, Wales, Germany and elsewhere) a few months ago they've really gone downhill. As with most companies their "customer service" is outsourced now and they're likely not based in the US because they have trouble with English phrasings, and they couldn't even understand what I was asking. They were being evasive and actually lying to me in a recent exchange. The old company would respond and help with tech things fast, even late at night, but now they're saying they "can't" do this or that, which I know they can.. they just don't want to. I'm greatly disappointed that they were sold because they were the best hosting company I'd ever had.. so now I'm going to resume my search for honesty and integrity in an American Company, not some worldwide conglomerate that doesn't know what customer service is, and doesn't really care.
