Five stars for helpful communication I wrote my first review & gave the company only one star, as I still had not received my order and thought it way too early for a review. However, I have since heard from the company several times. They listened to my criticisms and have already corrected the email and website issues. I am impressed and appreciative. I still don’t t have the products but they will be arriving in a day or too. And I’ll be happy to review them after I taste them! My interactions with Supplant so far have been very satisfactory and I look forward to the products. As an aside, it has been very gratifying to correspond with an actual human who responded to me so promptly. Five stars.

Well in response to my earlier review… Well in response to my earlier review they said they would send the product to the different address where I have relocated for the summer, but I still haven't received it! When I "preordered" this product 6 or 8 weeks ago I had no idea it would take so long for it to be delivered.

Order still not shipped after 3 weeks I was asked to give a review but my order hasn’t even shipped yet even though I placed it 3 weeks ago. Hopefully the products are better than their timing.
