DOOLA can't be trusted for time-sensitive issues I have requested for all our mails to be sent to an address that is just about 30 minutes away from the mailing box I paid them for, gave them clear instructions and all they need is send them. It has been about a week and we're still going back and forth with emails. As of this writing, nothing is done.
