Vast knowledge coupled with friendly service I have being buying wine at Prima for many years. I enjoy the friendly service, the staff's enthusiasm for wines from all around the world, and their well considered recommendations. I am always on the lookout for wines "that punch above their weight class" and Prima delivers on that score. Their wine club that focuses on value wines is a real delight and I look forward to each monthly selection. I find myself buying a number of the monthly selections in quantity.

Honest and Fair I bought an expensive bottle of tequila. I knew what the price should be for a 750ml bottle, and that was the price I paid. However, when the bottle arrived, it was the 375ml size. I sent an email which got an immediate response. They had purchased it from their supplier and shipped it directly, and did not know that their supplier had sold them the wrong size bottle. The problem was rectified immediately to my complete and total satisfaction. I will be purchasing from this company again, it's nice to deal with a merchant that has proven their honesty.

Great experience, concerned at first but now I understand I was concerned that my shipment was waiting to be fullfilled for a week. I just received notice that the reson is we are experiencing a heat wave in Seattle and the team at Prima Vini Wine Merchants took a proactive move to ship the wine after the heat wave diminished inorder to make sure the wine arrived without heat related degradation. Kudeos to the team, thanks a bunch for letting me know.
