Honest and Fair I bought an expensive bottle of tequila. I knew what the price should be for a 750ml bottle, and that was the price I paid. However, when the bottle arrived, it was the 375ml size. I sent an email which got an immediate response. They had purchased it from their supplier and shipped it directly, and did not know that their supplier had sold them the wrong size bottle. The problem was rectified immediately to my complete and total satisfaction. I will be purchasing from this company again, it's nice to deal with a merchant that has proven their honesty.

The delivery was supposed to be… The delivery was supposed to be completed yesterday but has yet to arrive. I was sequestered at home all day waiting!! As of 5:00 PM today it is still not here!!!

I have placed a minimum of six orders for multiple cases of wine during the previous ten months. Prima provides updates during each step of the process and tracking information for the shipment. The shipment packaging is nothing less than perfect. An excellent merchant and will continue to purchase in the future.
